Two Lines, Inc. was founded in 2006 by
Dr. Craig A. Little. For 18 years, Dr.
Little served as head of the
Environmental Technology Section of Oak
Ridge National Laboratory, based at the
Department of Energy’s Grand Junction
(DOE/GJ), Colorado office.
The Section was established to conduct
field surveys and advise DOE/GJ
regarding over 13,000 properties
potentially contaminated with uranium
mill tailings. Approximately 6,000
properties were remedied under the
auspices of the Uranium Mill Tailings
Remedial Action Project (UMTRAP). The
ETS also assessed the efficacy of novel
technologies to cleanup a variety of
environmental insults at DOE and
Department of Defense sites.
Dr. Little’s
experiences helped form Two Lines’
philosophy that a small collection of
well-managed technical professionals can
perform a wide variety of projects with
world class quality. Two Lines prides
itself on solving problems in timely and
budget-sensitive manners.

addition, Dr. Little has access to a
wide variety of other scientists through
subcontracting relationships.
